2006: YOUNGSVILLE - New buildings offer an availability of flex space for a broad range of industries in Franklin County. Construction is nearing completion on three new buildings located in Youngsville. The Looper building has ten bays with 2,240 square feet each available for a total of 22,400 new square feet of commercial space. The Lloyd building has several units with up to 2000 square feet each with an additional unit that has up to 720 square feet of furnished office space with a warehouse. The third building is located on US #l North at the entrance to the Industrial Park. This building will house Steven Hayes Construction and a local Fonville-Morrisey Real Estate office.
